$250 sign on bonus after the first 30 days, followed by an additional $250 after 90 days.
Exemplary attendance, all staff trainings and all other qualifying requirements below must be met to be eligible for bonuses.
The YMCA has an exciting opportunity at Rainbow Learning Center! We are looking for lead and assistant teachers who want to support parents and children through the developmental milestones that occur in the first years of life.
We are looking for individuals that have patience and enthusiasm with infants and toddlers and with aptitude to be positive and encouraging with parents.
Applicants are required to have: * CDA, Associates or BA in Early Childhood Education or related field * 2 years prior experience (Early Childhood) * Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices * Strong written and verbal communication skills.
