Childcare Provider

Purpose of the Job: The Childcare Provider supervises babies, toddlers, and children ages 4 and above during Victory Student Ministry and other events as needed.
Experience and Knowledge Required: Ability to communicate the Gospel through various means to children at various ages.
Ability to articulate the mission, vision, and values of Victory Church.
Must be a team player, people-oriented, and customer service minded.
Humble Spirit, strong work ethic, commitment to excellence At least one year of childcare experience Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Ensure children are always supervised.
Oversee bathroom breaks.
Change diapers as needed.
Follow instructions from parents for infants’ feeding and nap times.
Accommodate food allergies when necessary.
Help creatively foster an environment of healthy community (Acts 2) and create vibrant, fun, and engaging Victory Kids classrooms.
Additional Requirements: Must share the vision of Victory Church to fulfill the Great Commission with integrity and passion as outlined in the Leadership Covenant.
Must be in line with requirements laid out in staff expectation handbook.
Maintain a flexible schedule.
