There is 24/7 available access to the building.
The cooler is accessible via the rear door directly adjacent to the parking lot and is less than 10 feet from the cooler.
There is not pallet access.
The door is 36" wide and a hand truck or the like would work well.
The cost is $275 per month and includes electric.
