Summary:
As needed travel to Dauphin, Lancaster, Lebanon, and York County
Company car provided for travel
5 days per week, on-site position
Must have flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, and some evenings on an as needed basis

Annual salary starting at $45,000 (based on years of supervisory experience in an office setting)
Primary Responsibilities:
Supports company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising front office Support Staff
Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions
Provides historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records
Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement
Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures, measuring results against standards, and making necessary adjustments.
Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends
Maintains office staff by selecting, orienting, and training employees
Maintains office staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees, and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Educational Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications:
At least 6 months of supervisory experience in an office setting
Credentials:
PA Child Abuse History Clearance (Act 151)
PA Criminal History Clearance (Act 34)
PA Department of Human Services: Use service code 1KG738
Educational Documentation: High School Diploma or GED
