Classes to be tutored: PHIL 100: Intro.
to Philosophy PHIL 120: Intro.
to Ethics PHIL 211: Intro.
to Logic Required Qualifications -PHIL 100 and PHIL 120: Current Philosophy major or minor student in good academic standing during the time of employment, or student who is not a Philosophy major/minor who, after meeting with the course instructor, successfully demonstrates that they can tutor the class(es).
-PHIL 211: Current Philosophy major or minor student in good academic standing during the time of employment, or student who is not a Philosophy major/minor who has successfully completed this course.
-Must be referred by a faculty member in the Philosophy Department.
-Successful completion of three background checks.
Preferred Qualifications Job Duties Assist students as needed during posted hours.
