Diamond Street Early Childhood Center is a medium sized nonprofit Childcare Center.
*We are currently seeking Teacher to work with children before or after school in pre-kindergarten thorough 4th grade.
*This is a part time position, M-F 7am to 10am or M-F 3-6pm with opportunity for additional hours as desired.
The right candidates will:
* Be high energy and the able to work well with others (staff, children, and parents)
* Clear a full background check
* Pass a health screening, be able to lift 30 lbs.
and move freely around a typical classroom in order to safely supervise the children at all times.
* Hold a High School Diploma or GED, AA degree for higher salary rates
* 2 years of child care experience/2500 verifiable hours working with children (not related to you) through a work or volunteer arrangement including babysitting, helping with children's activities at church or camp
