HFCDC is seeking to hire teaching staff for our nature-based, Reggio inspired early learning center.
We are a unique, multiage, nature focused child care center where children and staff are encouraged to explore, create and think "out of the box".
We are intentionally small to encourage community and a homelike environment where children and staff can spend their days learning through play and cooperation.
We value time spent outside in our main nature play space, our nationally certified "Nature Explore" outdoor classroom in the woods, the Dream Park, the orchard, sledding hill or visiting our neighbor's chickens.
If you are flexible, willing to grow professionally, and would enjoy the freedom of creatively focusing on children's needs and interests rather than being bound by loads of grant regulations, *we would like to talk with you*! Minimum qualifications include some education and experience working with children.
We can be somewhat flexible with full time or part time hours.
