Duties:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool children
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning
- Teach basic academic skills such as letters, numbers, colors, and shapes
- Encourage creativity and imagination through arts and crafts, music, and storytelling
- Promote physical development through indoor and outdoor activities
- Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment
Experience:
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children is preferred
- Knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education methods
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents/guardians, and colleagues
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the individual needs of each child
- Familiarity with educational resources, materials, and technology relevant to preschool education
