Learning Support Paraprofessional - Secondary - STS at Elanco

*STS is Seeking a Secondary Learning Support Paraprofessional.
* We are searching for an individual to work in a small group or 1/1 with students in a classroom setting.
This position will also assist, support, and work closely with teachers, administrators, and other team members in providing educational benefit for the student(s) in the classroom in a professional manner and with respect for confidentiality.
* Provide support for assigned student(s) in all educational settings to include the classroom, hallways, cafeteria, recreational areas and field trips (if requested) etc.
* Assist and support student(s) academically.
Redirect and use positive reinforcement skills to elicit a positive outcome for student's learning.
* Monitor student(s) safety at all times * Maintains high level of ethical behavior and confidentiality of information about students Typical start time: * 7:30 AM Typical end time: * 2:30 PM Work Remotely * No Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $14.
