The Opportunity
The Academic Coordinator is responsible for delivering, maintaining, and developing programs and courses of study in each academic discipline.
The Academic Coordinator will visit classrooms, offer instructional coaching and model lessons for teachers, and facilitate standard planning time to implement the round mode for instructional coaching effectively.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee curriculum and instruction to ensure compliance with local and state standards
Observe classrooms, provide clear feedback, and facilitate common planning
Provide roster updates to staff daily using the student information systems
Provide data on students and program components to assist with proposals and reports
Coordinate academic services relating to placement, testing, and remedial support
The Qualifications Master'ss Degree in Education with a concentration in Curriculum and Instruction
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution of higher learning Required
Valid PA Teaching License Required
Ability to model leadership skills, adapt, and remain flexible
Commitment to learning and implementing feedback
