The Assistant Coach would assist the Head Coach with the organization and administration of the College’s intercollegiate athletic program.

Job Duties
The individual will mentor, motivate, and develop student athletes in a Division III educational environment, assist the Head Coach in with practices, contests, recruitment and scouting.
Work with students and staff from diverse backgrounds and ensure the athletic program is conducted in accordance with the NCAA and conference rules and regulations.
Required Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree plus 3-5 years of coaching experience, preferably on the college level, is preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
This position requires a valid driver’s license for business travel purposes (individual must have a US driver’s license for at least three years and also be qualified under College policy to transport students in college-owned and/or leased vehicles).
CPR, AED and 1st Aid certification also is required.
