Elderly woman needs help (Lebanon)

Hello my name is Josh ,I am caretaker from elderly woman in a wheelchair.
She has very limited use in her hands and can't walk at all.
I watch her 10 and a half hours a day 7 days a week.
She can't afford much she's on a fixed income.
She constantly runs out of wipes and diapers.
And she gets very little help .
She's a lot of health issues and stresses out financially.
If anyone could help out or donate specifically wipes and or diapers anything really.
She was greatly appreciate as well as I.
