Position Summary: The Application Administrator's primary responsibility is to liaise with the business to define requirements and translate/implement them into the Dynamics environment as well as to support/maintain that environment.
Tasks include (but are not limited to) the development/documentation of business process flows, forms, reports, EDI, customizations, and configurations.
This role will also analyze and resolve end-user technical ERP (Enterprise Resource Software) software issues.
This position reports to the Director of Information Technology.
Skills & Requirements: Ability to effectively work with all levels of employees and vendors.
Ability to problem solve and multitask while working in a fast-paced, time sensitive environment.
College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science and/or 3 years of equivalent work experience.
Application development experience required.
Experience with enterprise ERP and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) infrastructure, implementation, and support.
Dynamics F&O ERP experience required including configuration and third-party integrations (e.
g.
bartender barcode software, shipping software, etc.
).
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
Ability to develop queries, reports, etc.
Strong knowledge in querying, data mining, updating, and working with databases.
Experience with EDI implementation, administration, and support.
Experience with SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Studio) Demonstrated ability to work with the business to determine requirements and translate into the ERP environment.
Hands-on ERP software troubleshooting experience.
Experience with data management.
Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices.
Demonstrated project management proficiency.
Experience working in a Warehouse environment.
Experience working with Power BI.
Experience creating custom scripts for Dynamics.
