*We’re currently seeking dedicated CNAs for our skilled nursing healthcare center at Luther Acres, a Luthercare community in Lititz, PA.
We offer part-time and full-time traditional positions (7a-3p & 3p-11p) and flexible positions.

*WHAT YOU DO:* As a CNA at Luther Acres, you’re an integral part of ensuring our residents are comfortable by monitoring their overall health and well-being.
You’ll do this in several ways, including: * Serving as an important link between residents and the supervising nurse or physician.
* Talking with residents to observe their symptoms and conditions and relaying this information to the clinical care team.
* Assisting Registered and Licensed Nurses in administering treatment and care for our residents.
* Taking care of residents’ day-to-day needs, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
CNAs are assisted by our Hospitality Aides in providing care to our residents.
*QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:* * Current enrollment on The Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Registry or completion of approved training with competency evaluation.
* High School Diploma or equivalent.
