*Responsibilities:*
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' health status and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
* Administer medications, perform treatments, and implement nursing interventions according to physician orders and established protocols.
* Monitor residents' vital signs, laboratory values, and diagnostic test results, and communicate findings to the healthcare team.
* Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
* Supervise and delegate tasks to licensed practical nurses (LPNs), certified nursing assistants (CNAs), and other healthcare personnel as appropriate.
* Document nursing assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely in residents' medical records.
*Qualifications:*
* Valid Registered Nurse Unit Manager (RNUM) license in PA.
* Previous experience in long-term care or rehabilitation settings preferred.
* Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing principles and practices.
* Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Basic computer skills for documentation purposes.
