*Position:* Licensed Practical Nurse - HOME CARE: *PRIVATE DUTY NURSING*

*Shifts available:* ALL SHIFTS AVAILABLE
*Patient Care possibly required:*
*LPN* to provide *1 on 1 *skilled care to patient's in their own home based on the care plan developed between the patient, agency, and PCP.
*Experience: *1 year of Nursing preferably in the field of Home Health.
