Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Cool Creek Counseling, LLC is a private group mental health therapy practice focused on providing quality therapy to children, teens and young adults in Lancaster County, PA.

We are looking to hire a creative, thoughtful, and organized Clinical Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our small team.
Candidates must have an active, unrestricted PA clinical license- LPC, LCSW, LSW, or LMFT.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, teens, and/or young adults.
Play therapy experience/training or other niche areas is a plus.
This position is for either a part time clinician, averaging at least 12 clinical hours per week and/or full-time clinician, minimum 24 clinical hours per week.
This position is for a W-2 employee.
*Responsibilities include:* * Perform on-site (or telehealth with prior approval) clinical counseling services including assessment, treatment plans and continued therapeutic work.
* Timely complete written records for each client including, but not limited to: intake notes, progress notes, treatment plans, termination notes, contact notes, and other forms or documents which may be needed or required from time-to-time.
* Communicate with a client’s treatment team (i.
e.
, PCP, psychiatrist, school, etc.
) as necessary.
* Stay current with best practices and evidence-based interventions.
* Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities.
