Must be honest, trustworthy, responsible, and reliable.
The rent is $400 per month and $200 security deposit (refundable).
Rent payments are due weekly or bi-weekly.
You will be responsible for ½ the utilities which includes water, heat & electricity, and internet.
• Home is close to downtown Appleton.
• Bus route on the block.
• Driveway parking.
The room can be furnished or unfurnished.
We will share common areas.
I apologize for not having a picture yet as I’m trying to go through boxes of stuff I’ve accumulated.
Planning to have a rummage sale in spring.
Here are some absolute musts prior to signing a lease: • Background check required prior to signing lease.
• Rental history required (last ones).
• Must be employed or have steady income for last 6 months (proof of income).
• Absolutely NO DRUGS!!! • Must be a NON-SMOKER.
