The bathroom, kitchen, and living room are shared with ONE other roommate.
Utilities are all included in the rent.
The laundry room is shared with the rest of the building.
Rooms are limited to ONE person, we do not rent single rooms to couples and we do not have two rooms available at the moment.
The standard lease is for a year, but we are willing to do shorter term leases for a premium.
The apartment is located in the North East section of the City of Lancaster just down the street from Rumplebrewskins - a neighborhood watering hole.
It is near several other neighborhood places like Quips, ABAG and Stubbies, but is also an easy walk to downtown and everything else the city has to offer.
It is about a ten minute walk from the train station and Lancaster General Hospital as well.
Street parking is free, but we do have one off street parking space for rent if you would like it.
If you do have to drive to work, this part of the city is great for getting in and out of town quickly.
Pets are not permitted due to the shared nature of the apartment.
Smoking of any substance in any for inside is strictly prohibited.
