The Mission of the Retail Account Representative is to serve as the face and voice of our brand.
As a successful Retail Account Representative you will work closely with our Marketing Team to drive leads from qualified homeowners and achieve lead generation goals by increasing brand awareness, educating retail store associates & management about our products and services, and promoting our remodeling products & services in retail stores.
This is an opportunity for a meticulously organized, sales focused, enthusiastic, analytical, and self-motivated individual.
To excel in this role, you will have excellent communication skills and previous experience as a brand ambassador, retail, or similar role, as well as knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
*Outcomes*
Meet or exceed lead targets per store.
This is accomplished by educating customers, retail associates, and store management about our products and services through Product Knowledge training.
Represent the company at retail venues, events, and home shows.
Participate in a weekly departmental Level 10 meeting where you will be engaged in collective problem solving.
Use data as the leading component of measuring store engagement and results.
Review KPI’s with store management
Network with other Re-Bath franchise Brand Ambassadors/Retail Account Representatives to learn and share best practices.
Support company mission of Pursuing an Exceptional Employee and Customer experience.
Help to maintain the company’s 4.
9 Star Google rating by providing professional and proactive communication with customers as necessary.
