In this role, you will outbound calls to set appointments for our outside sales representatives.
Representative will communicate with potential customers to identify their needs and provide helpful solutions that ensure they have a great customer service experience with our company.
The ideal candidate is friendly, computer savvy, and able to remain calm under pressure.
Responsibilities Place outbound calls Identify the needs of a company, collect relevant information, and provide solutions Refer to premade scripts for a variety of sales assistance Introduce products and services when appropriate Use best practices in customer service techniques to develop rapport and build relationships with customers Document all customer interactions Maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge Update CRM to indicate client interest, manage new leads, and maintain proper records of lead contacts Benefits Hourly pay plus commission program Monthly bonus/incentive program with the potential to earn over $1,000 a month Sales and Product Training provided Flexible hours (part time or full time) Health Insurance and 401K benefits for full time Qualifications High school diploma/GED Previous experience as a Telemarketing Representative or in a similar role is preferred Excellent phone and verbal communication skills Understanding of active listening techniques Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programs Ability to work well under pressure Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively Flexible work from home options available.
